ATTENTION ALL GOLFERS: The date is set for Saturday, July 12, 2008 at Auburn Golf Course with a shotgun start at 1:30 pm.  Registration begins at 12:00pm. The cost per player is $125.00, which includes green fees, golf cart, snacks & beverage, buffet dinner, and Dosveedanya auction with golf awards and prizes. Dinner and Auction only tickets will be available for $35.00 each.

FUND RAISING

Hole Sponsorship:
Dosveedanya Golf Classic is looking for hole sponsors, 18 total, at a cost of $ 300.00 each. With each hole sponsor secured, Dosveedanya will provide $ 100.00 of the sponsorship money to the Dosveedanya team securing the hole sponsor. First teams to secure hole sponsors will have the best opportunity to make the most money for their team. Each hole sponsor receives premium signage on the tee box and the opportunity to participate at their assigned holes. Complete the sponsorship form & identify the Dos contact and team name to ensure team credit. Submit the completed form to:

Auction Items:
Dosveedanya Golf Classic is also looking for auction items and packages for the gala auction following dinner. With each auction item secured, Dosveedayna will provide 25% of the winning bid amount to the Dosveedanya team securing the auction item. Complete the sponsorship form & identify the Dos contact and team name to ensure team credit. Submit the completed form to Auction Director Jill Fuller, fuller6@comcast.net, 253-630-6098. Make auction item delivery arrangements with Jill.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)

Do individual teams make any money with provided golf foursomes? No, the golf tournament margins are very small. The entire club will benefit from a full field of golfing foursomes. Individual teams will benefit from hole sponsorships and the collection of auction items.

Is there a deadline for hole sponsorships? Auction items? We will gladly accept and secure 18 hole sponsors and auction items until Monday, July 7, 2008. If you acquire something past Monday, July 7, 2008, give Jill Fuller a call.

What method of payment will be used at the auction? Check or major credit cards will be gladly accepted.

How will teams know the status of hole sponsorships and auctions? Dos team managers will be provided a periodic team report on hole sponsorships and auction item submittals.
